How we handle your details

What we collect

When you send the free check-in form we keep your name, your email, your neighborhood, your child's grade, the times that suit you, anything you choose to write in the optional box, and a referral code if you enter one.

We don't ask for your child's name, and the form doesn't create an account for you or your child. Please don't include medical or diagnostic details.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about ReadyMinds: to arrange the free check-in and to tell you when a group opens near you. We also count sign-ups by area, grade and time to decide where and when the first groups meet.

We never sell your details or use them for advertising, and we don't share them with other families.

Who handles it for us

The site runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Resend (email). They store or send the details for us and may not use them for anything else. Data is stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, and never more than 12 months after your last request. If your child enrolls, we'll give you a fuller notice that covers the membership.

Your choices

Email readymindslearning@gmail.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
