Small-group math, every week, with practice that builds on it

Grades 6–8 students meet their tutor in person twice a week, do 3 personalized practice challenges a week at home or on the go, and get checked on fresh questions so you know what really improved.

The routine

A routine that actually builds skills

Most math help is either a crowded class or an app on its own. ReadyMinds puts a real tutor and a small group at the center, then uses the app to keep practice going between sessions.

  1. Step 1

    Start with a free math check-in

    Your child does a short skill check and a sample activity. It shows what they already know and where the gaps are. It's educational placement, not a diagnosis.

  2. Step 2

    Join a group of 5 or fewer

    8 in-person 60-minute sessions a month, usually twice a week, with an assigned tutor and students working on the same skills.

  3. Step 3

    Practice between sessions

    3 personalized practice challenges a week, 8–12 minutes each, building on tutoring sessions and keeping skills fresh. At home or on the go.

  4. Step 4

    See what they can do on their own

    Independent checks on fresh questions show real progress, separate from practice with hints.

Points and minutes don't prove much. ReadyMinds keeps practice and real evidence apart: only fresh questions answered without hints count as independent, and a later check confirms the skill stuck.

Every month the tutor writes and approves a short report: what improved, what's next, and how you can help.
